Alison Osterberg

Alison joined the firm in 2010. She assists in all practice areas of the firm with a focus on litigation. Alison is a member of the Oregon Bar and the Multnomah Bar Association.

Previously, Alison served as a judicial intern to a federal administrative law judge and as a research assistant to a law professor. She graduated in the top ten percent of her class at Lewis & Clark Law School. During law school, she was a recipient of an academic scholarship, was on the Scholar List and received the Pro Bono Honors Award. Her research paper on the constitutional rights of citizen children was selected for publication by the Lewis & Clark Law Review (available at 13 Lewis & Clark L. Rev. 751).

Prior to enrolling in law school, Alison worked as a paralegal at two large firms. As a paralegal, Alison worked on a variety of family-based and employment-based immigration matters. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English, magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego (“USD”). While at USD, Alison was the recipient of an academic scholarship, and her senior thesis was published and taught by the USD Honor’s Program.

Outside of the office, Alison volunteers as a mentor through Career Services at Lewis & Clark Law School.
